Why is Widening Participation important to you?
A truly inclusive, diverse and representative workforce can only be achieved by increasing accessibility to resources and outreach for opportunities to those who are disadvantaged and consistently underrepresented. By breaking down barriers and providing support to those facing additional challenges, we can bring in varied perspectives of lived experiences to improve patient care whilst creating a fairer system and a more compassionate, innovative and effective healthcare environment.
