Why is Widening Participation important to you?

 

As an International medical graduate, WP has enabled me to broaden my horizons, work in synergy with a diverse workforce and advocate for marginalised patient groups thus delivering holistic care for all.​

My journey from Mumbai to Nottingham reinforced that a supportive community can be a springboard to realising our dreams.

Hobbies/Interests: Photography, writing poetry, Travelling, learning new languages.

WP helps to break down barriers that prevent certain individuals to pursue medicine. I think it is important as it allows these individuals to achieve their potential regardless of their background.
